Context

elim.io is a marketing agency working with major clients across Central Asia, Europe and MENA in fintech, retail, pharma and other industries. Every client has its own ad accounts in Meta and Google Ads, mobile attribution in an MMP, and web analytics.

The problem

The data lived in separate interfaces. To answer a simple question like “what happened to this campaign this week”, a specialist had to open several accounts, reconcile platform attribution with the MMP and put it all together by hand. Audience research or finding the reason for a drop took half a day, and the weekly report for each client took about an hour and a half.

What was done

  • One view. Ensight brings together ad channels, MMP and web analytics for every client, with history, period comparison and breakdowns by platform, account and campaign. For mobile products, spend is joined with MMP installs and events, so CPI and CAC are visible right away by iOS and Android.
  • A CLI. The platform got its own CLI for routine work: traffic analysis, dashboards for a specific question, audience research. It also became the bridge between the data and AI: the assistant gets ready data slices instead of screenshots from ad accounts.
  • Template-based reports. The team picks one or several presentation templates, and Ensight fills them with weekly results for internal or client reporting.

Results

  • 63% less time on daily tracking and data analysis. Measured by comparing tracked hours in the internal task tracker before and after the rollout.
  • Median time for audience research and campaign insights went from 4–6 hours to 20–40 minutes.
  • The weekly client report went from an hour and a half to 10 minutes, and report quality improved: every report follows the same templates and relies on the same data.

The team now spends the freed-up time on hypotheses, creatives and clients instead of collecting numbers.
