CPA and budget swing alerts in your messenger

Ad performance drops are usually spotted the next day, after the budget is already spent. Monitoring flips that around: instead of you checking the accounts, the accounts tell you when something goes wrong.

What you get

  • A message in Telegram or Slack when CPA, CPI, CTR or spend crosses a threshold.
  • Thresholds per project and, if needed, per campaign.
  • A morning digest across all accounts: what was spent yesterday and where the deviations are.
  • Quiet hours at night and on weekends, so alerts do not turn into noise.

How it works

  1. A scheduled script, for example hourly, pulls fresh data from the ad accounts and, if needed, the MMP.
  2. It compares the numbers with thresholds and with the average of recent days to catch real anomalies, not normal fluctuation.
  3. When a deviation holds, it sends a short message with a link to the campaign.

Rules that work best

  • CPA 30% or more above the 7-day average, with enough conversion volume.
  • Daily spend doubled compared to the usual level.
  • A campaign stopped spending when it should be running.
  • Zero conversions for several hours with normal traffic: often broken tracking rather than bad ads.

What you need to set it up

  • Read access to the ad accounts.
  • A Telegram bot or a Slack channel for the alerts.
  • Thresholds at which you are actually ready to step in.
